East Africa is a melting pot of beautiful art; a mix of inland traditions, with North African and Arab influences fused along the coast. Known for its Swahili culture, it's vibrant cross culture that emerged dating back to the ancient trade routes converging on ports like Mombasa, Zanzibar, Dar es Salam, and Maputo. Bringing the prints of the Bantu, a blend of indigenous and Arab music, great food, jewelry and dance all together! We're sharing this beautiful fusion here in Los Angeles- Welcome to Swahili Nation!
Community, Culture, Music, Art & Food! Swahili Nation celebrates ancient and ongoing East African traditions. Join us on June 30th at the Mid-City Arthouse from 2-6pm for an immersive cross-cultural multi-media day party experience curated by Nsimbi. Ticket options include open bar.

A stunning musical and visual experience set in the birthplace of humanity, Uganda, INFINITY reminds us that the universe works in mysterious ways to reveal what is most important.
INFINITY tells the story of a young boy who must unlearn his selfish ways, and come to understand the interconnectedness of the universe and the importance of community. Through the guidance of a shaman and his pure-hearted little sister, we observe how ancient wisdom can guide a lost soul to deliverance.
We are ecstatic that our film INFINITY is among those selected for this year’s screening at the academy qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival. Thanks again to the judges, our #Uganda film crew, Our community & amazing fans!
We are coming to LasVegas we are excited that an excerpt of our film #Timeless has been accepted to the Las Vegas Black Film Festival this April. Thanks to our all Ugandan cast, Quad A, Grate Make, Kais Devo Collection, ABM, the production team, sound & design team, Dancers and our home team at #Nsimbi.
